We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, email us at info@thatswhatshethreads.shop. If your return is accepted, you'll receive a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note: we can only refund the price of the products purchased. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you received the wrong size, we're happy to help with an exchange. Email us at info@thatswhatshethreads.shop to start the exchange process. The product must be in its original packaging and new condition.
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right.
After we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
